Silvia Ojeda

I am a certified yoga instructor and NASM-certified personal trainer with a deep passion for teaching. Specializing in Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Functional Fitness, I offer both group and private sessions designed to build strength, mobility, and mindfulness. My goal is to create an uplifting and supportive space where movement becomes a source of confidence and well-being. Beyond teaching, I love staying active with padel, pickleball, tennis, paddle boarding, biking, and beach tennis.
