Giana Caldieri

With a background in dance, Giana immediately fell in love with the physical aspects of a strong asana practice. After completing her first vinyasa flow class at a converted Spanish Mission at her local studio in Santa Barbara CA, she knew that yoga would be a life-long pursuit. The spiritual mind/body connection and the intersection of pranayama (breath) to asana (postures) has always greatly intrigued her. The centuries old history supporting the benefits of yoga as it relates to sustaining health and promoting general well-being truly speaks to her “antiquities soul.”
*Fun Fact: Giana is a huge history buff and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 2010.
She initially began her studies of yoga at Yasa Yoga in Santa Barbara where she was a student of Ryan and Stephanie Besler. She completed several yoga intensives under their leadership that centered on proper alignment, human anatomy, and the Sanskrit language.
A decade later, after moving to Florida, she completed her RYT 200-hr teacher training with Gus Komninos at Yoga House in 2021.
Whether you arrive at your mat for a sweaty physical practice or to learn how to better connect to your breath, it is always her intention to guide you through this moving meditation and leave you feeling renewed and rejuvenated.

Giana brings a lot of experience and creativity to her position as Membership Manager, as well as an extroverted personality. She has been an avid practitioner of yoga for decades and as a yoga instructor for Be Hot Yoga and Barre, she truly “practices” what she promotes
She has over 15 years combined experience working in hospitality, restaurant, and events management for luxury brands: Auberge Resorts, Grace Hotels, and the JW Marriott. As an intern at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Santa Barbara, CA, she helped curate exhibition parties for local members and donors, most notably helping to execute the “Million Dollar Home Raffle,” where a local winner could choose to acquire either a million-dollar home or currency worth the equal amount. As an events coordinator for the Mayflower Inn and Spa in Washington, CT, she planned weddings, corporate retreats, and beauty product launch parties for Almay and L’Oréal.
In her role as Membership Manager for Be Hot Yoga and Barre, Giana is very excited to connect with the Naples community and inspire everyone to live a healthier, more active, and intentional life. She can’t wait to get know you all!
